The newer black (Toshiba) copiers require you to log in to use the copier functions, which includes releasing your print jobs and scanning. To make this process as easy as possible, you will be able to associate your district ID badge with your account and swipe the badge to access the copier. Please follow the directions below to setup your badge for copier access.
- When you walk up to the copier, you should see a login screen as follows:Optionally, if you do not have a badge with you, you may log in with your classlink username and password.
- On the copier, next to the terminal, you will see a label ‘swipe badge here’. Swipe your badge and you should hear a beep sound acknowledging that your badge has been read.
- You will be presented with a screen asking you to log in to associate your badge with your google account. Enter your classlink username and password. Once you have entered your username and password, press the log in button and your badge will be associated. From now on, when you swipe your badge, you will automatically log into the copier.
