Resetting your ClassLink Password

If you have forgotten your password

You will need to access either a district Chromebook, or a device with internet connectivity that does not require you to log in with your ClassLink password.  

From a district Chromebook

  1. At the ClassLink Login Screen, click the 'Forgot Password' link
  2. You will be prompted to follow the password recovery method you setup when creating your account to reset your password.

From another device, such as a personal phone or laptop

  1. Open a web browser and visit https://launchpad.classlink.com/colchester
  2. Click the 'Forgot Password' link.
  3. You will be prompted to follow the password recovery method you setup when creating your account to reset your password.

If you know your password, but just want to reset it

You may use the above 'forgot password' method if you are not yet signed into ClassLink, or...

  1. While logged into the ClassLink Launchpad,
  2. Click your user profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  3. Click 'Settings'.
  4. Click the 'Recovery' tab
  5. Click the 'Change Password' button to reset your password.
